Mini-interviews Enrico Stagni

 MI 6 enrico

1. What’s your name, where are you from and how long have you been a member of the TS?

My name is Enrico Stagni, I live in a small village in the province of Vicenza, Northern Italy. I joined the Italian Theosophical Society in 2009 and I’ve been a member of the Italian Section since then.

2.How long have you been a member of your Section’s Board?

I joined the Italian Section’s Board in 2019.

3. How did you first learn about Theosophy or come in contact with the Society?

Just by chance through an acquaintance of mine. Before 2009 I had a very limited knowledge of Theosophy. Moreover I was unaware of the existence of a Theosophical Group in Vicenza so when I got informed about that I had a quick look at their website and decided to phone to make the first contact. That’s how everything started. Few months later I officially joined the Theosophical group in Vicenza. Soon after I attended the 10th World Congress in Rome in July 2010 trying to give a helping hand.

4. What does Theosophy mean to you?

An endless well of Wisdom that encourages butterflies to emerge from their cocoons unfolding their wings to the world while supporting them throughout the whole process of self-transformation.

5. This year, 2025, the Theosophical Society celebrates its 150th anniversary. What in your opinion is the biggest challenge the TS is facing and what is to be done in order to maintain the Society’s relevance in the years to come?

I believe the greatest challenge lies in striking a balance between conveying the theosophical message through innovative communication channels and the need to preserve its tradition and essence.
